Here are some useful resources for VI available online:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Comp...itors/Vi/?tc=1
-this one lists a lot of Vi, Vi-clone sties and links to documentation.

http://www.eng.hawaii.edu/Tutor/vi.html
- has a tutorial on vi

However if you are looking for help with Vim[ Vi Improved], the best place is the Vim editor itself where u type :help. U'll find all the documentation there. Incase you want to see the Vim documentation it is available at
http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/dion/vimum.html
