Vhost.conf Questions

Hi

I have a Virtual Private Server and I want to create a page which goes and get a header and footer from one site in html and bring in the middle part of the page as .asp page.

However the current configuration of the server does not allow this. What do I need to change in the vhost.conf file to allow this domain to be able to pass this content on the pages.

Current Vhost.conf file

<Directory /var/www/vhosts/comparisonphones.com/httpdocs/>
php_admin_value open_basedir none
php_admin_value safe_mode off
php_admin_value register_globals 0
</Directory>

Many thanks

Roy
