Using linux c4eb lifeboat cd

Just curious if anyone knows anything about the linux c4eb (linux for e-business ) lifeboat cd. I am trying to boot it up and it hangs up when trying to load lifeboat modules. It should prompt me for an id and password and instead goes right to a command prompt ---> SH-2.05b#
Any help would be appreciated.
