When installing Windows, it will always write over the MBR where you may have your Linux Loader whether its grub or lilo installed to.

Simply boot up with your boot disk you created or use the cd to go into rescue mode to reinstall your loader.

There are plenty of howto's and questions asking this, a search will most likely find more details in doing this if you don't know how to.

Regards.

I learned this the hard way, also install Windows first, both XP and 2k overwrite the MBR. Nothing like getting your favorite distro all up and working and then being forced to used linux and overighting the MBR
