Unhappy timeconfig?

I am having troubles setting the correct time and date on my machine. It thinks that it is the 7th of Feburary and the timezone is incorrect. I have tried to run ./setup.timeconfig to correct this problem, however after i select my timezone, it exits the timeconfig back to the shell. Is there way to fix this problem?

Thanks.
