Telikin Computers--Ever Heard of Them?

The parents of an acquaintance of mine have recently purchased a telikin computer.

I'm sure many of you have seen ads for them--they are the ones that claim to be especially designed for old folks, with the touch screens, big icons, and so on.

She wondered if I knew anything about them. I don't, but, according to their website, they are based on TinyCore.

Out of curiosity, does anyone have any first hand knowledge of them?

They look somewhat neat, but first I've heard of them.

First time for me as well.

The first time I saw this on TV, I assumed it was running android or a spruced up chrome OS. The reviews are positive so I guess it's good for seniors and computer novices.

Maybe I get one and put arch on it
