Sync wth my Ipod (banshee vs. GTKPod)

Hello,

I was looking around for player that will sync music to my ipod. I came across 2 and I want some opinions.

I found banshee and GTKPod...What are you guys using? What works good for everyone out there?

I'm running Fedora 7 with GNOME

I use gtkPod; it does the job with no problems here (FC6).

How do you get the music? Do you rip your CD's? Do you download music as well?

I mostly rip CDs, using grip, though some prefer Sound Juicer. I haven't bought music in about 6 years, but I had purchased hundreds before that. We never touch the discs anymore (unless we are re-ripping them for some reason), all our music is on HD and in my wife's iPod.

I have gotten some (free) tracks online, and I like Magnatune for their policies.
