SWAP - having trouble with swap auto mounting at boot

On my friends computer when i set it up, i made a swap partition, and for some reason it never gets mounted unless i manualy do it as root. In his fstab it shows up. /dev/sda2 UUID (BLABLABLA) swap swap defaults 0 0

Anyone that could help us out would be awesome.

Use either device name or UUID, not both. Have a look in "dmesg" for applicable messages.
