 checkfs                                                            [ started  ]
 checkroot                                                          [ started  ]
 clock                                                              [ started  ]
 consolefont                                                        [ started  ]
 hostname                                                           [ started  ]
 keymaps                                                            [ started  ]
 localmount                                                         [ started  ]
 modules                                                            [ started  ]
 rmnologin                                                          [ started  ]
 urandom                                                            [ started  ]

/sbin/chkconfig -levels 12345 network off

Or edit each ifcfg-eth0 and ifcfg-eth1 in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ to display:

ONBOOT=no

Instead of

ONBOOT=yes

What distro are you running? You're profile says Red Hat 8, as far as I know, there should be a /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts directory or you're not using Red Hat.
