start a X program as different user, how?

KDM, fluxbox

As user A, `su - B` to user B, then I export DISPLAY=:0.0, followed by invoke program name.

But, fails:
Code:
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

Error: Can't open display: :0.0
Anything that I missed?

you need Xnest to do that....

at terminal

Xnest -ac :1
kdm -display :1

or you can try this , at terminal switch to other user

su - user

then Xnest as above
