shell console


Ok you know how you have a few console..

shell console. linux console, etc... well my linux console supports ncurses
(referring to colors) how do i make my shell console support ncurses as well
when i run ls -colors .. it showz everything in colors but when i run my ncurses programm it does not show it in colors.. it showz it in plain text only.. anyhlep would do.. thanx

which particular shell are you asking about?

sh, ksh or csh? or something else?
