There are several ways. If you mean just loading it using the command prompt, you'll want to mount the partition your windows stuff is on, if it's the same computer. If it's another computer, you'll want to use smbclient, or set up samba to interface with the other computer. It's a little complicated, because it can vary depending on you network, but once you've done it it's easy. Then, just use samba like any other windows computer. As for smbclient, it's like using ftp.
The shell is just an interface. It doesn't really change what happens, it's just a little different way of doing things.
