I had three 36 GB SCSI hard disk installed redhat 8. While I m trying to access my samba share it generates some error like as shown below.

inode block - inode=2605074, block=5210117
EXT3-fs error (device sd(8,2)) in ext3_reserve_inode_write: IO failure
scsi0: ERROR on channel 0, id 0, lun 0, CDB: Read (10) 00 02 85 8f 8f
00 00 08 00
Info fld=0x2858f8f, Current sd08:02: sense key Medium Error
Additional sense indicates Data synchronization mark error

Why this error coming? Please help me?
