screen resolution on Yoper

I want to know how to change the screens resolution and its been hurting my eyes, ive been trying to get this answer for days, i just want to know where to go to change the size by a persons own words in these forums!

Either in your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file, locate the screens section and adjust the resolution there; OR

Try the Easier way with:
CTRL ALT +/-

Either plus, or minus to reduce/enlarge the res.
