Mandrake 9.1 boots up without sound.
Taskbar has Aurn-Audio Mixer and Kmix
The Kmix is Muted at boot up.
Have moved sliders over in Audio mixer to CD and KSCD plays audio discs. Save .
On next reboot have to reset Audio Mixer and un mute Kmix
Is there any way of saving sound configuration so that audio works without performing resetup
Is this one of Linux funny ways
Each time I boot up Mandrake 9.1
I find the Kmix muted Aumix muted.
Have to unmute these in order to play audio player.
Mute all is always shown.
Have yet to discover how to have KDE boot to deaktop witout muted speaker.
