Angry Samba Share

Can someone please tell me why it is saying my share is write protected?
I am running samba on a redhat9 box. This is the share I configured in smb.conf:

[WebSite]
comment = Website
path = /var/www/html
browseable = yes
writeable = yes
write list = neozero62

Check your permissions to that directory.

I believe the default permissions to that directory are root access only chmod it
