Running a program at startup

Hello everyone,

I have a program that is going to be running all the time in my linux machine Fedora core 3. And I want the program to start running with the login screen (before logging in). I want to do this just in case if we have a power outage or something, the program doesn't have to wait for someone to log in.
Does anybody knows how can I do this?.

Thanks,
Alaa G
