Restore Original WinXP MBR under suse 8.0

... without having any graphical interface.

While Installing Suse 8.0 it told me something about being able to restore the original mbr from my disk ( i have win xp running next to suse 8.0 that isnt quite running, see my post before this one).
Anybody can tell me how to do so and where to find the old mbr? I didnt write down where it is....
