Removing stuff ??


Update : turns out it was a bug in the program the new version *.16 should fix detction problem with 2.4.* kernels.

Question : how do i remove the previous version (i compiled it from the source)?
Do i just manually remove :



./opt/kde/bin/k3b
./opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/k3b
./opt/kde/share/apps/k3b

/opt/kde/lib$ ls *k3b*
libk3baudiometainforenamerplugin.la* libk3bplugin.so@
libk3baudiometainforenamerplugin.so* libk3bplugin.so.2@

did you keep the source directory???

command:

make uninstall

No , i did not keep it :-( .What do i do now ?Maybe the new install will just overwirte the old one ?
