Remove MySQL/MariaDB "Grant" Permission through command line

Know how to remove the "grant" permissions (ability to edit permissions of other users on database) in phpmyadmin. How can one remove grant permissions through the command line?

Is this the way to do it?

Code:
REVOKE "grant option" ON database.* FROM user@localhost;

phpmyadmin echos the command when you do it there... I see:
Code:
REVOKE GRANT OPTION ON * . * FROM 'testj'@'localhost';
