Reformating and reinstalling windows with a duel boot.

I have LILO and I wanted to format my windows partition and reinstall windows in the same possition. Will I mess anything up? I due believe whenever I installed my linux I had to Install LILO over the MBR. I messed up my windows and just want to start over with it.

Hi again!

When you reinstall Windoze it's going to write over your
MBR, so when you get through, boot back into Slack with
the CD, and run "liloconfig" as root and use the expert
option and reinstall LILO to the MBR. No sweat. Just issue
$cat /etc/lilo.conf

Before you do the dirty deed, and write down your info so
you'll know what you need later.

Or use your Mandrake CD, hit F1 and type rescue, you will have the opportunity to restore LILO.
