Proxy server to reformat pages for mobile devices

Do you know anyone?
my cellphone browser can not deal with CSS's and some scripts. So is there a proxy application able to reformat pages in plain text so i can have a server at home and set the phone to use that server?
Take a look at this as an example... it is a digg.com site in a format that most cellphones will be able to read. http://www.diggriver.com

Thanks
