Processor platform limit event detected


Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me out understanding this warning:

Warning: Processor Platform Limit event detected, but not handled.

I just noticed it happens when I boot my system. My kernel is 2.6.16.

First try enabling ACPI debug opton . You can also try reinstalling the distro
