print list of email addresses from .dbx directories

Hello. I managed to rescue a laptop HDD from death and extracted all needed Documents and the user's Outlook Express directory. I now have that directory and I would like to extract all email addresses from them and print a text file. I have played with grep but am a little lost. Is this the right tool to use?
Thanks

Good old kmail!!! I was able to import directly from the directories. Hope I can do the same using the Windows version of Thunderbird.
