Lightbulb Power Management on Linux

Hi,

I want to know how can we stop linux from going sleep mode. A blank screen appears after 10 minutes on my Linux box. It is also happening at runlevel 3 so it has nothing to do with xserver. I need to understand how linux manages power.

I ll be looking forward for ur help.

Thanx and regards
Taha

Check out the console commands apm (man apm) and acpi (man acpi), they deal with things like power management and so on..
