Question Porting C++ code from windows to Linux


Hi all,
I am working on a C++ project(No MFC), The project is running smoothly on Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 complier. Now i want to port my project to Linux, I have loaded my project on Kdevelop IDE and i have tried to compile the project, but its giving lots of errors. does anyone has some idea of the whole porting process, wut changes fo i have to make in my code????

probably a whole lot of libraries surely are windows libraries... You'll need to replace them by their equivalent and adapt the calls accordingly...
