Partition check, check double check

I want to reorganise my 120 sata disk. My windows partition is taking too much space, and i really want to use linux as core.
So i made a plan regarding the partitions to be used... Could you check this for me please? Is it OK? Or do I use too many partitions?

sda1 - 7,0 Gb - NTFS - C:\ Windows XP SP2
sda2 - 85 Gb - Ext3 - software, mp3, etc.
sda3 - ???? - Ext2 - /boot
sda4 - 1,5 Gb - SWAP - /swap
sda5 - 1,0 Gb - Ext3 - /usr
sda7 - 2,0 Gb - Ext3 - /home
sda8 - 10,0 Gb - Ext3 - /
sda9 - 5,0 Gb - FAT32 - WinXP Ghost-image/ Backup Linux
sda10 - 7,0 Gb - Ext3 - Testing

At the end I want to uninstall windows and use vmware to use my informationmodelling tools (eg. FCO-IM) which isnt working with wine in linux :-( And also incidentally i play some games, which wont work too well in linux (YET)

So could you please check this for me?

TIA
