other places to find distros

I hope that this won't be considered advert'ing. I found some places that I could find CD-R's of Mandrake 8.2--- are there some people to get them from that are better than others... that are consistenly reliable burns-- or do people just get unlucky sometimes?

I think thats pretty nifty that you can get mandrake on CDR for way cheap ....maybe I've been around Microsoft too long....it is legal right? .....right? Its so weird to even wonder---- the linux community is pretty cool....and yes I am just a new guy.

you can also try www.linuxmall.com and such places..
and yes it is legal for being so cheap.... linux is actually free. what your paying for most likely when you buy it is the cd's, manuals, boxes.. and sometimes technical support..

i would suggest though if you have a fast download, goto where amp2000 suggested and download the cd images from there to burn your own disc...
