Open your document,go to File>>Page Set-up, from the Paper Size drop down menu, select US letter or US legal whichever suits your requirement

The problem is I don't want to shift the pages.
How would I format them to keep the page numbers the same; I want
to keep the pages matched up with the table of contents?

thanks

sorry about that, just having a bad day. You may have to create a table of contents for the existing documents and then update it after changing the page size. Maybe, this will help, http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/p...cle.asp?ID=148
