mySQL restrictions

hey i am using mandrake linux 9.2(not that it really matters) with webmin and usermin. I can not seem to figure out how to let users create a certain number of mySQL databases and have them only be able to view and have full access to the databases that they create. I would love you forever if you help me thanks!

yes thats right, under webmin you can tick each box you want a user to have, but this is not a good idea.

create your user under user min, then tick the boxes you want
i haven't use webmin for awhile..

i'm sure other would agree...

wouldn't you have to create a user then add them to the mysql group ?

I'm not sure, i've only just start to play around with mysql via CLI

you may want to go to the mysql web site for the commands..

I've only done, how to drop a database and create and import a sql file into a database...

i have the doc here if you want them
