Hello,
I've extracted a cramfs file from a binary file and would like to mount it to see its content. The problem is that I have an "unsupported filesystem features" error when I tru to mount it.
Code:
$ file file4
file4: Linux Compressed ROM File System data, little endian size 3365248263 version #2 CRC 0xc19e2b0f, edition 3276615013, 1759823426 blocks, 3891908199 files
$ sudo mount -t cramfs file4 /mnt
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so
$ dmesg | tail
[26147.321147] cramfs: unsupported filesystem features
Any idea why ?
Thank you
