Question Monotolics vs Module based kernel compile?


Hello all guy out there..I just want so opinion from U all for what is the difference between monotolics based & module based kernel compile. I mean in speed of the kernel run & the resource that is been use. I hope somebody can give me with one is the best & why. TQ for any oppinion.
