missing rmp and konsol

Currently my k bar links have gone missing for knosol and the packaging utils in mandrake... I'm really stuffed, its done this to me 4 times. I know about this error when you run drakupdate but now it seems to do it constantly. How do i get them back? Please step by step im not that book smart.
