I am trying to make a rpm package!!! in red hat linux 7.0

i have a book Professional Linux Deployment from wrox publications ,in that i have followed the procedure for making rpm installable
but i am getting some errors.
if any body have done this with a small java hello world program , help me out pls


I have downloaded jdk1.3 for linux and i have installed it in my
Red Hat linux 7.0 m/c
now i need to convert jdk1.3 to the rpm format
if any body have done this pls help me out!!!!!!!!
