I run an ISP and have several Linux servers. I'm looking for a 24x7 Linux support team to fix issues as they arise and answer questions that I may not know. This site is awesome but being an ISP sometimes I cant wait for someone to reply especially in an outage situation.
Does anyone out there know of anyone they would recommend?

This would be better off in the LQ Job Marketplace.
And you don't say where you're located, but I'd check with a local Linux users group, where you'll often find folks who want to do such work.
I'm new to this site, so I thank you for your help.
This is what I'm after,
I'm not looking for someone to come on site. I'm looking for telephone/remote work. I'm not looking for a single person who doesn’t do this for a living. I'm looking for a company that does this professionally and is available 24x7 as stated before. The location of the company is in the United States, but this shouldn’t matter as I'm looking for 24x7 support by a professional company, but not onsite work.
Just looking for recommendations at this point.
Thanks

No problem, and good luck. If you're in the US, I'd strongly suggest keeping support in the US too, and local to you if there's any way. Having accountability means alot...someone you can look in the eye if you need to, or put hands on a server, can save you a LOT in lost time and money.
