Log all console text

I have a server with several users who have ssh access and I would like to be able to have a log of everything they type in, I want something better than .bash_history, something that would at least log everything they type into the mysql and other programs.

If you know of some way I could do that it would be very helpful to me, thanks.

Isn't script merely for the user who issues that command?
Then ofcourse, you could add a user-specific line in a boot file (say /etc/rc.local) and let script be started everytime a user logs in.

usage: script [-a] [-f] [-q] [-t] [file]
