Linux with Flash

I am trying to play a macromedia flash file on linux. and it does play, just not correctly. I keep getting this white box that appears before every animation, i wonder if it is a problem in linux, or in the java script i am using to run it. If there is anyone who knows about this please let me know. Thanx.

It could be?

Hey Iam not sure if this is it but some flash files take some time to bootup, and when there isnt a preboot I quess you can call it a splash in the flash file then you get that white box, just my take.
