Question Linux router project

Hai guys overthere,
I want to make a Router out of Linux. I found the LRP projects done by many peoples and wish to do the same based on the new Linux kernel available.
My doubt is how to make the LRP pakages(etc.lrp, local.lrp etc) based on the new kernel so that i can fit the os into a floppy. since the official and many others websites based on LRP are not functional, can anybody help me, please?
where can i find the procedure to make these packages? what are the files needed in these packages?

I used a LRP floppy based router for a couple of years. I believe the current versions are at
