linux /root/sent file

The file /root/sent contains some contents i sent via email (linux application "mutt") from linux server. It is quite large, how can i prevent this file be generated or be generated in different folder? When emails ent wia linux "mail" message do not appear in that sent file.

Thank you

Update:
i editted mutt configuration file, like: cat /etc/Muttrc.local
Quote:
# Local configuration for Mutt.
set copy = no
from now on /root/sent file is not generated anymore

I'd recommend using a different account and have root emails forwarded to another user account if you need email delivered to root@yourhost. If you want automated emails sent from a server, just use the mail command, no reason to maintain mutt for such things.
