I got mine from a UK import of Linux User&Developer. Never heard of the mag but, hey, it had the disk! It's missing the how-tos and the /y set and all the source and maybe some other stuff. All the essential binaries and such are there and I just downloaded the howtos.

In my view, the Linux mags (and those non-Linux mags that have Linux sections) seem to all follow suit - one mag puts Slack 9 on their cover disc, then they're all at it! Personally I prefer Linux Format (DVD edition) because they almost every month have a different distro to try out (I have a spare few gigs kicking about for testing out distros). The DVD that came with issue 41 (June) has it.
