kde crash handler....turn it off?

is there any way to turn off the kde crash handler? any time I look through my files or use konqueror and close it, the kde crash handler box pops up. konqueror is not crashing. there are no errors.......it's just pissing me off because it pops up every single time. so any way to make it ignore that or turn it off?
