Kali won't boot, UEFI bootmenu messed up

Hi,
I've had Win 7 on an ssd and Debian/Mint on a sepaeate hdd drive. (Also have another 3T storage hdd and something that comes up as a hard drive during every installation but Im not sure what it axtually is. )
I installed Kali from usb, grub that came with it to mbr. So far so good. When the pc restarted after completing the installation process it automatixally booted into Mint which Im pretty sure I deleted o.O Then I restarted the system again and used f12 to access the bootmenu I've previously used with the os's. The exact same menu comes up with debian, mint, the intel drive with windows, the dvd reader and the usb's but when I try to load windows for example it boots into Kali o.O
What the hell?? (For the record I've installed Kali before on the exact same setup, the same way as far as I can remember so I have no clue what went wrong.) I tried repairing grub and also windows bootloader to no avail.
Any input would be welcome if you have an idea of whats going on.

what happened to the boot menu??

(Ok, I've tried to ask this a few hours ago via smartphone but can't see the thread anywhere so guess that didn't work out. If it is here somewhere, I'm sorry for double posting!)

I have win7 installed on an ssd and used to have debian/mint installed on a separate hdd. They all worked with no issues.I've decided to delete both linux systems and install Kali (it suits the current course I'm taking more don't judge me)which I've also done before, same set up, no problems at all.
This time something went wrong and the whole boot menu got messed up, grub wouldn't install, the windows bootloader wouldn't work anymore either and the F12 boot menu (which I've been previously using without a hickup)looks totally out of whack.
I reinstalled windows7 on it's usual ssd and now that one works perfectly fine.
I tried reinstalling Kali, the installation completes but Kali doesn't show up in the F12 menu, however debian/mint does O.o I wiped that drive 3 times to make sure, what the hell?
It reads:
Debian
Ubuntu
P1: INTEL ... (this is win7)
P5: Crucial_CT120m500ssd3 (which I accidentally might have installed Kali on the first time around...and I have no clue what this drive is because it's NOT a regular HDD or SSD that I put in the pc. Than after I realized my mistake I formatted it)
P3: Toshiba ... (my storage unit)
P0: ST3000DM001...
and dvd reader/writer + USB's
That's the same setup it showed BEFORE the new installations...so....eh? O.o

If anyone has any ideas please help me out here...
