Is this possible??
Is it possible to download progams aplications or anything from the net with a pc working on win 98 se and put it on a cd and then put it on a mandrake pc?
it shouldn't be a problem, as long as you have fat32 support built into your kernel. if you have a straight-out-of-the-box kernel, it's pretty likely that it's already in there.
I think that should work fine. I'm not really sure what Fat32 on the Linux side has to do with this though. A CD uses the ISO9660 File system or should. That is the support you need in Linux to read the CD. Once you read the CD it doesn't matter what FS Linux is using. Unless I mis-understood what you were wanting to do.
