Question Is there any variable like LD_LIBRARY_PATH for configuration files (etc and share)


Hi,
Is there any environmental variable like like LD_LIBRARY_PATH.To which we can add our own custom etc and share folders respectively?

I am not sure what you are asking. You can get a list of environmental variables available to you and their current value with the printenv command. Check through your environmental variables and see if one of them does what you want. Issue:

printenv
