Is it possible to recover data from format?

my hd with 20 gigs of data, and stupid of me format it on accedent. it was ext3 filesystem btw. i format and install the os again using the reiserfs file system. i have recover data from ext2 and 3 before but never with reiserfs. I have been searcihg around and found no luck.

i even tried running this command to revuild my index.
reiserfsck --rebuild-tree but no luck. didnt do anything..
