[SOLVED] imap fuction fatal error

I've installed:

Code:

php-imap-5.1.6-5.el5.i386.rpm

and

Code:

libc-client-2004g-2.2.1.i386.rpm

and:

Code:

libc-client-devel-2004g-2.2.1.i386.rpm

and added:

Code:

extension=imap.ini

to /etc/php.ini, the extension is located in /etc/php.d/imap.ini
and I still got:

Code:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imap_open()

where do you expect the problem

Did you mean to mark this "[SOLVED]"?

If so, kindly post the solution -- even though this is an old post, it still might help someone else w/ the same, or a similar, problem.
