IC Plus ethernet card not working in kernel 2.6

hello everybody

I run slackware 10.2

i upgraded to kernel 2.6 but for some strange reason my ethernet card no longer works

i used to use the sundance.o in 2.4

the module provided with the kernel is not inserted when i use insmod
