How to mount another linux partition?

I have Gentoo on /dev/hda4 and Redhat 9 on /dev/hda2.

Finally figured out how to edit /etc/grub.conf to allow Redhat to boot Gentoo.

How do I access files from Redhat 9 while I'm working in Gentoo?
I assume I have to edit /etc/fstab, but can there be 2 devices as root?

/dev/hdax /mnt/drive ext3 noauto,user 0 0
or
/dev/hdbx /mnt/drive ext3 noauto,user 0 0

depending on your drive
where x is a number for your drive

No, there can't be two / mount-points.
You can, however, create a new mountpoint
and thus access the files...
