How to make my tfs external drive accessible to all not just root?


How do i make my external ntfs harddrive accessible to all users not justthe root, when a nother users tries to access it , it says thatthe drive is read only, and does not have permission. But when log n as the root i can use the ntfs, but i cannot change the permisions onthe ntfs as it says it is read only.

what can i do?
