how to login my install from a livecd and edit/delete files.
hey...
I need to delete some duplicated dirs under / , like /opt , /home , /var , /usr .... I created all under / but after that I create new one and copied everything... but as I forfet to ddelete the new ones, when I changed mount points the ols ones are still there using a lot of space
So I boot from a livecd (kurumin) and I can see the old dirs under sda1 (mew ones are in sdax), but I can't have access to rm, What do I need to do? Can I log in the system like a user of the installed linux (it is a slackware) or do I change permissions in livecd to be able to delete those dirs?
Resuming: I am using an kivecd but I need to be able to remove dirs in the installed hd.
